Jeremiah came to Off The Deep End looking for a change. After working as a Store Director for J.Crew, he saw an opportunity to work alongside Jeff and traded retail leadership for a completely different kind of career—cleaning pools.

What started on a pool route quickly evolved as Jeremiah developed his technical skills and discovered a talent for diagnosing problems and repairing equipment. Over the years, he became OTDE’s go-to problem-solver and earned a reputation around the company as the guy who can fix just about anything.

Today, Jeremiah leads OTDE’s Repairs Department, combining years of hands-on field experience with the leadership skills he brought from his previous career. After helping grow the company in its early years, his focus is now on building a stronger, more robust repairs department and developing the technicians who will help lead its future.

Jeremiah’s leadership style is hands-on. His team can count on him to provide the support they need, work through difficult problems alongside them, and make sure every job is carried through to completion. That approach reflects what matters most to him about OTDE: integrity. He believes every pool should be treated as if it were our own, with exceptional service and quality work provided at a fair price.

Outside of OTDE, Jeremiah enjoys mountain biking, long-distance running, camping, and watching his two boys, Royal and Acher, compete in football and track. He and his wife, Jen, also share an appreciation for family life and adventure.

And the guy who can fix just about anything has an artistic side, too. Jeremiah loves great design and architecture, and The Royal Tenenbaums remains his all-time favorite movie.
